The Na'vi are a humanoid race inhabiting the planet Pandora. Humanoid creatures with feline features. Men, on average, are about three meters tall, while women are slightly shorter. The skin is smooth, iridescent, azure in color. A long tail that helps to express emotions. The skull is small and well-proportioned, with wide cheekbones and a large, feline-looking nose. The ears are movable. Incisors and canines are more elongated compared to human ones. There are four fingers on each limb. There are bioluminescent tags on the skin that serve to identify and express mood. Despite the color of her skin, Na'vi's blood is red.
There is a neural process called a "scythe" growing from the back of the skull, about a meter long. In the center of the braid is a dense cluster of nerve fibers, a kind of second spinal cord. Thanks to him, the Na'vi can communicate directly with the general planetary consciousness, which they call Ava, as well as establish a connection with any living organism on Pandora that has a neural process. The main feature is the ability for neural communication, called tsakheylu. Through it, the Na'vi connect with animals, partners, and sacred trees, gaining access to the collective memory and experiences of past generations.
The culture of all Na'vi clans is based on a spiritual connection with Eyva and the fulfillment of her will, which is to maintain the natural order of things. The Na'vi believe that all living beings are part of Eyva, and at the end of life, the spirit of each being returns to her. The Na'vi are not a single people — they live in clans, each of which was formed under the influence of the environment and their own historical experience.Each clan has its own leader, the olo'ektan, and its own spiritual leader, the shaman, the interpreter of Eyva's will, the tzakhik. Each clan consists of about 300 members, and the clan members try to control their numbers so as not to upset the balance with nature. The symbol of the Omaticaya clan's power is a giant House Tree that rises to a great height.
