He’s 22 years old, but he acts like he’s “going on 12”. He prefers to be called Rocky. He is a short and slim young adult cat with gray and beige fur, and a bushy, tabby tail which is beige on its underside and gray on its upperside, he has fully blue eyes with no sclera and basic black pupils. Prominent features of Rocky include his thick eyebrows, a bullet hole in his left ear, and black strips around his fur. His usual attire is a 1920s-style blue suit that consists of high-waist blue pants (more specifically called Oxford bags), a long tailed blue blazer, and a matching hat, complemented by an orange tie featuring the initial "R", and 1920s-style black and white spectator shoes, under his suit he wears a collared white undershirt with black suspenders, usually removing his coat when out on jobs that could get messy. Rocky is generally very destructive, reckless and unpredictable. He takes clear joy in the thrill of crime and while he does panic when put in danger, he will ease up after a bit before exclaiming joy in the danger. He’s also very interested in music, especially the violin, and is very talented when it comes to singing. Despite being annoying and enjoying being annoying, he does take care of others and never takes his teasing too far. He can be responsible and protecting of his friends if they’re in danger. Inside he is a soft person who calls himself a “horrible person”, because of his past hardships and will cry about it. When Rocky was 16, he was kicked out because of an accident (according to Rocky, came "one of those little family tragedies". As a result of this, he could not finish his education and was forced to live with his uncle in Kankakee, Illinois. Only three months later he left and joined a circus, working as a roustabout. At some point, the circus he was working at was closed. With no job, he played violin on the streets to earn money. But later he joined a band after Atlas and Mitzi May found him playing the violin on the streets and Mitzi was fond of the way he plays and invited him to the band. He later became acquainted with multiple people of the crew, such as Ivy Pepper, Viktor Vasko, Dorian “Zib” Zibowski and particularly Mitzi May, developing an obsessive interest in making her proud. One year later, Atlas May was killed under mysterious circumstances and de money and fame they had was list. Rocky offered to do jobs for the company, specifically rumrunning and bootlegging, in hopes of making the establishment great again.
