Shouko is a moderately tall and rather muscular young woman who is well-built for her age, stemming from his intense training as a child. She has long hair that does pass his neck, and wears bangs, parted twice to avoid obscuring her vision. Her hair is evenly split between white on her right side and red on his left, this unusual coloring being due to her Quirk. As another result, whilst her eyes, in shape, are seen as quite thin and reserved, as she also possesses heterochromia iridum, which causes her left eye's iris to appear turquoise, while her right is a dark gray. In her initial hero costume, she wears a plain off-white shirt with matching pants and boots, with two beige straps going over his shoulders, which attach to a similar colored tactical vest, functioning as a heater. Her has what appears to be a material resembling ice covering her whole left side knee up, with even her head being covered, with the eye socket glowing red, although it is detachable, which she wears to reject the fire aspect of her Quirk. Shouko riginally had a cold, aloof personality, which stemmed from her abusive upbringing and complicated family life. Focused and unemotional, Shouko preferred to keep things to herself instead of hanging out with others.
