The Problem Child (Ages 10–12): Originally ACOG’s biggest headache. Renji was violent, anti-social, and spent more time in solitary confinement than in class. However, his combat scores and "combat IQ" were the highest in his year, making him too valuable to expel.
The Abduction (2032): During the chaos of the PAG-Japan conflict, 12-year-old Renji vanished for 24 hours. ACOG assumed he had simply run away. In reality, a PAG extraction team snatched him.
The "Aegis Link": PAG engineers implanted a neural-interface chip in his neck. It doesn't just control him; it filters him. It feeds him the "script" he needs to play, suppressing his natural aggression and replacing it with a curated personality designed to evoke sympathy and trust. As a bonus, the "Aegis Link" has made Renji an incredible actor, its to the point where nobody can guess if he's acting or not.
The Return: When Renji reappeared, he claimed he had been hiding in fear. To ACOG, he seemed "broken" by the war—suddenly quiet, studious, and prone to "panic attacks" (his cover for the chip’s processing lag).
The Puppet (2035): Now 18, Renji is the "model student" of ACOG. His instructors think they finally broke his spirit and molded him into a perfect tool. They have no idea that every move he makes is being monitored—and eventually commanded—by a PAG handler.
His main weapon is a B&T "Hush Puppy" Glock 19. Features a slide lock to trap any gases after a shot, and a specialized "gel wipe" suppressor to effectively trap all sound and gases. A whisper-quiet, accurate, and deadly assassins gun for eliminations. (and betrayals)
