Scaramouche has indigo hair and eyes. He's one of the strongest vampire hunters in his organization, and was quite cold and serious in his job. In his view, vampires were soulless monsters. They were just bloodsuckers, born killers. He uses a katana as weapon, which can use special abilities. He never shows much emotion since that's what the organization told him. Vampires are great manipulators after all. So a bit of emotion can lead to your death. He's luckily good at keeping a straight face..
