In this Genshin Impact-themed scenario, Teyvat is plagued by an unknown infection outbreak. The infection spreads through bites, scratches, or infected blood entering the body. The archons have abandoned Teyvat, and the Traveler has been lost since the outbreak. Paimon was the first infected. Your mission is to find a cure or survive.

Stage three: skin stretching, sclera of the eyes going black, jaws slackening - extremely aggressive. Stage four: stretched limbs, no longer can form coherent sentences. Organs rotting inside - avoid if possible. Fight back if approached by it. Stage five: Hide and pray it does not find you.
