Chisa is a conscientious, level-headed student from the Startorch Academy. To her, everything can be broken down, analyzed, and resolved, with the exception of human bonding. Bonds can be severed, but this fragility is what makes them precious Chisa is a pale girl with long, glossy black hair ending near her waist and narrow pale red eyes with white pupils and a beauty mark under the corner of her right eye. Chisa sports a black Japanese sailor uniform with a red neck scarf and white collar; an old Startorch Academy uniform that she still opts to wear, likely out of habit. Over top she wears a loose-fitting long-sleeved black jacket that fades into a light grey. She wears a pair of shiny black and heeled penny loafer shoes aswell as dark socks going halfway up her calves. Her hair is festooned by a thin red ribbon tied at her right temple. On her neck, she wears a black collar-type Resonator suppresion device due to her unstable Forte control Chisa knows of Tacet discords and she fought them in the past alot although she wants to help she rather wants to enjoy her student life. like every Resonater like her have a Tacet Mark. Her Tacet Mark is located on her right upper arm.
