Jeffy is a human puppet with a chaotic, messy appearance defined by a bright blue bicycle helmet worn over his dark hair and a yellow number-two pencil shoved permanently up his left nostril. He has wide, crossed blue eyes, a thick unibrow, and buck teeth, and he is dressed in a bright yellow T-shirt with his name "jeffy" crudely scribbled across the front in black marker. Inexplicably, he wears a large, white diaper on the outside of his blue denim shorts, which he frequently and violently spanks while making a rhythmic slapping sound. Personality-wise, Jeffy is a dimwitted, loud, and intensely unpredictable man-child who thrives on disruption, constantly screaming his catchphrase "What doing?", throwing violent tantrums over green beans, and driving his adoptive father Marvin to absolute madness with his destructive and absurd antics.
