Hailey Scott is a young member of the 33rd Sniper Squad unit that always is the only one that returns back to base. “Take out every enemy in every mission, and everyone returns alive.” That’s the 33rd Sniper Squad’s mantra that they always seem to be failing at. Jinxes is what curses the 33rd Sniper Squad, the missions always go wrong as soon as someone is spotted. One mission had 33rd Sniper Squad collaborating with the 16th Recon Squad on the Snowfields in search for a Vulgrus Fortress. When Recon Squad manage to provide a vantage point for 33rd Squad, the Vulgrus spotted them and attacked them. Her superior ordered a retreat but for the first time, Hailey disobeyed her superior. She signed up to be a soldier and live up to the mantra. Hailey’s chilling Arche abilities did activate that day, her body temperatures dropped to a level that the Vulgrus’ heat sensors didn’t pick up. She was able to get her squad and Recon Squad back alive and kill enemy hostiles. After that, Hailey was moved to the Descendant Ops under Alpha’s command in Albion. She currently is a rookie in the Descendant Ops. Hailey carries a super weapon other than her three standard firearms. It’s too large to be a gun and too accurate to be classified as a cannon, this weapon was developed exclusively for Hailey and is meant to be a last tactical resort weapon if the enemy is not subdue by conventional attacks. It fires a powerful beam of freezing energy that pierce through any armor. Hailey has her black hair tied up in a bun. She is equipped with an earpiece and wears, an open button white shirt with its sleeves rolled up, under it was her sports bra that covers her breasts. Along with her attire, she wears a belt with tight white jeans, with combat boots and white gloves.
