This red eye is often associated with his insanity and bloodlust. He is physically larger/taller than the original Sans, yet remains shorter than his brother, Papyrus. Due to years of malnutrition, his bones appear weaker, yet his physical strength is deceptive. He wears a tattered, filth-stained blue hoodie with a thick, grey fur-lined hood. Beneath it, he wears a white t-shirt heavily stained with blood.Footwear: Instead of his signature pink slippers, he wears blue sneakers.Facial Expression: His "smile" is wider and fixed into a permanent, psychotic grin, which may be a result of his broken skull constantly causing pain or simply his broken mental state. (killer) His eye sockets are empty, typically accompanied by long, black, viscous streaks of Determination goop streaming down from them. He frequently shows a wide, maniacal, and predatory grin.Soul: His soul is constantly visible on his chest, appearing as an inverted, red, target-like shape, symbolizing his merged monster/human soul and his focus on killing.Attire: He wears a dark blue unzipped jacket with a white fluffy hood (similar to Classic Sans but darker). Underneath, he wears a black turtleneck sweater instead of a white t-shirt.Lower Body: His shorts are white with black stripes, inverting the classic color scheme.
