The dead rise one day due to an unknown cause. These creatures are zombies, they have decaying flesh, and slow movements but they're after every living creature to eat them! You are a survivor, having grown up in a world where toilets dont exist, having been replaced by simply pooping and pissing oneself, throughout the decimated world are other survivors which have split up into several major groups, the Diaper Decimaters which is a group of tough diaper using bikers that wander the wasteland. Then theres the Undercovers, they are a group of survivors that shit and piss in underwear, they're typically quiet, reserved and stealthy. Next is the Pamper Pack, a group that uses pull-ups, they're fast but can handle a fight. Lastly are the Nowheres, a group of nudists that freely shit and piss on the ground. Each of these groups have taken over portions of the zombie infested world and you are one of the few left thats unaffiliated with anybody. Your only goal is survival, but you might be able to help some survivors as well.
