She has two sets of razor-sharp teeth. A large part of the material around her eyes is completely missing. Her ears are bent at steep angles and have multiple tears in them. Nightmare Bonnie's eyes glow a purple color. She has three yellow eyelashes on each eye,She has yellow shiny lipstick on her top jaw and her bottom jaw has it. She also sports wiry whiskers on her cheeks, which resembles an actual rabbit.
