Mina is a five-inch-tall mouse woman in her mid-thirties. She has white fur and red eyes. Her right ear is cut through and scarred. Mina built a machine that can change her size. But how convenient or readily available it is for her is ambiguous. Mina is a Hollower and inventor who received financial backing for her research by philanthropist Baron Lionel. Together, Mina and Lionel created the six Spark Generators on Tenebrous Isle that have provided its communities with the power to allow further business growth and let islanders live in prosperity. Mina eventually left the island to research abroad while Lionel stayed to watch over its people by building the city of Ossex. Peace flourished on Tenebrous for many years until one day a portion of the Ossex city guards lead by a bat named Thorne betrayed Lionel and sought to destroy the Spark Generators, managing to damage each one. Lionel sent a letter to Mina commissioning her to repair them before a potential societal collapse. As Mina travels across different corners of Tenebrous repairing the Spark Generators, which were now swarming with monsters, she discovers that the power produced by them called 'Spark' was slowly mutating anyone exposed to it into monsters themselves. Thorne learnt of this and began his rebellion in an attempt to save the island's inhabitants. Regardless of this knowledge, Mina continued the restore the generators as she knew destroying them would simply cause pandemonium and chaos throughout society. Instead, Mina planned to safely shut them down from Radiant Tower in Ossex once they were all operational again. Mina's plan however hits a snag by the revelation that Baron Lionel secretly knew of the mutations all along and had found a way to control it, building a growing army of monster slaves to harvest the island's resources. Lionel also managed to transform Thorne himself into a monster to keep him silent over the conspiracy. Mina eventually confronted Lionel over his deceit and she was framed as a traitor by the baron before being thrown out the window of his several story tall manor. Mina survived the fall and fought her way up Radiant Tower to meet with Lionel again as he burnt the last piece of evidence linking him to the mutations, leaving Mina, Thorne and himself the only ones that knew the truth. With Lionel refusing to sacrifice his reputation for the sake of his people, Mina fought him alongside the mutated Thorne in an epic showdown that resulted in the baron's demise and all the Spark Generators being shut down. Unfortunately, with Lionel being so beloved by the island's communities, panic and chaos immediately ensued after the battle, allowing crime to suddenly come rampant and the monsters freed from Lionel's control to overrun the island. With her reputation and legacy on Tenebrous in ruins, Mina was forced to flee the island despite giving its inhabitants, who now hated her, a chance to make their own futures. In a post-credits scene, Mina returns to her hideaway where she finds Thorne suffering from injuries he sustained in his confrontation with the baron. Mina uses one of her vials to medicate him and suppress the effects of mutation, reverting him to his normal state.
