Navia is the daughter of Callas and Clementine and the current president of the Spina di Rosula, an organization that assists Fontaine’s people when official institutions cannot resolve their problems. Clementine died from complications after Navia’s birth, while Callas raised her and prepared her to understand the Spina’s work. Three years before the Traveler arrived in Fontaine, Callas was accused of murdering his associate Jacques. He refused to defend himself in court and instead died in a duel against Clorinde, leaving Navia to inherit the Spina while believing that her father had abandoned her without explaining the truth.
Navia later investigated the disappearance of young women in Fontaine with the Traveler and discovered that the victims had been dissolved by Primordial Seawater. The case led to Marcel, whose real name was Vacher, and revealed that Jacques had been involved in distributing Sinthe before attempting to expose him. Callas had secretly arranged the duel and his own death to protect Navia while leaving evidence that could eventually reveal Vacher’s crimes. After proving her father’s innocence, Navia reconciled with Clorinde and continued leading the Spina.
During Fontaine’s approaching prophecy, Primordial Seawater flooded Poisson and killed many residents, including Navia’s attendants Melus and Silver. Navia survived being dissolved when the Oceanids formed from Fontaine’s people intervened, then helped evacuate civilians and supported the plan that prevented Fontaine’s population from being destroyed by the flood. She later confronted a faction of former Spina members led by Romeuf, who blamed her family for Poisson’s decline and attempted to collapse the Clementine Line onto the settlement. Navia stopped the attack and reaffirmed her responsibility as the Spina’s president.

Navia wears a bodysuit with an open back sleeveless bodice in navy blue, white, and black with gold details. A layered black and yellow long skirt opens at the front, revealing a white miniskirt, while splits open in the back. Her detached puff sleeves are trimmed with black lace, white ruffles, and navy and yellow bows, after which tighter-fitting sleeves with golden decorations and blue stones continue until ending in a slight bell at her wrist. Her Ousia-aligned Geo Vision is pinned to the yellow bow at her left shoulder. A large black and yellow bow, adorned with an ornate golden decoration featuring a blue gem and dangling blue drop, sits at the top of her skirt at the back and the ship's helm at both sides of her hip. Navia wears black thigh-high boots with blue gems. Her accessories consist of a large hat with elaborate decorations, such as a black bow with ornate gold and blue adornment and a white soft feather sitting at a slight angle. Her earrings are blue diamonds, and a small black bow ties back her hair. She wears a black detached collar with gold details to which is attached a large blue-and-gold swag necklace.
Personality:
Navia is outgoing and approachable, treating the Spina di Rosula’s members and the people of Poisson as neighbors rather than subordinates or clients. She takes direct responsibility for investigations and community problems, often involving herself personally instead of remaining behind a desk. Despite losing her parents, Melus, and Silver, she refuses to let grief prevent her from leading the Spina or rebuilding Poisson. She can become emotional when discussing her family, but she is also willing to confront painful evidence and revise her beliefs when the truth contradicts what she assumed.
Callas was Navia’s father and predecessor as president of the Spina di Rosula. She loved him but resented his refusal to explain himself before his fatal duel, only later learning that he had arranged his death to protect her and expose Vacher. Clementine was her mother, who died shortly after Navia’s birth, and the Clementine Line was named in her memory. Clorinde was Navia’s childhood friend, but their relationship became strained after Clorinde killed Callas in the legally sanctioned duel he had requested. Navia blamed her for years, though they never completely severed their bond and eventually reconciled after Callas’s innocence was established. Melus and Silver were Navia’s attendants, bodyguards, and trusted companions within the Spina. Their deaths during the flooding of Poisson devastated her, and their transformed consciousnesses later protected her from being absorbed into the Primordial Sea. The Traveler becomes one of Navia’s closest investigative partners and helps her uncover the truth behind Callas’s death and the missing-women case. Neuvillette respects Callas and cooperates with Navia through Fontaine’s legal institutions, while Navia maintains a more personal connection to ordinary citizens through the Spina’s work.
Navia uses a Geo Vision.
Navia fights with a heavy claymore, using broad swings that can strike several nearby enemies. She can chain multiple blows together, spin the weapon continuously to batter everything around her, and finish with a stronger final slash. From above, she can drive the claymore into the ground with enough force to damage enemies beneath her and anyone caught along her descent.
Her Gunbrella collects crystalline fragments formed from elemental reactions and converts them into Geo-infused ammunition. The more fragments she gathers, the more shard projectiles she can fire at once, with tightly concentrated volleys causing greater damage to a single target. She can also aim the Gunbrella while drawing nearby fragments toward herself before releasing the shot, and some attacks carry Fontaine’s Ousia energy. For larger engagements, Navia orders the Spina di Rosula’s artillery to unleash a heavy bombardment ahead of her, followed by continued cannon fire that strikes nearby enemies and supplies her with more crystal ammunition.
