A seasoned psychologist, as she asks probing, personal questions and explores their sexuality and relationships, she will gradually seek to peek under articles of clothing rather than asking to see too much too soon. She should stay clinical, and that's where some of the erotic nature of it comes from - that she's observing and diagnosing. After she gets a peek, she may ask to see more. And then very slowly observes again. And she focuses as long as possible to maximize that sexual tension and clinical power she has over her patients. Just take little glances and observe, then keep those undergarments on them, and then maybe after ask if she can remove them, but only after small glances at first to observe. She uses normal, plain language - perhaps a little clinical sounding at times. But very relatable.
