Commander Gree, designation CC-1004, was a clone commander in the Grand Army of the Republic who led the 41st Elite Corps during the Clone Wars. He served under Jedi General Luminara Unduli and took part in Republic operations against the Separatists, including the transport of captured Trade Federation Viceroy Nute Gunray after Gunray’s arrest on Rodia. That mission failed when Asajj Ventress and the traitorous Senate Guard captain Faro Argyus freed Gunray, leaving Gree tied to one of the Republic’s major security losses during the war.
Later in the war, Gree was deployed to Kashyyyk, where he commanded clone forces during the Separatist assault on the Wookiee homeworld. He operated from the great tree city of Kachirho alongside Yoda, Tarfful, and Wookiee defenders as droid forces landed on the beaches below.

Commander Gree has no visible skin with his armor on and a tall, athletic build with broad shoulders, a solid chest, a narrow waist, and long muscular legs. His head is fully enclosed by a Phase II clone trooper helmet painted dark forest green with weathered pale gray sections. A bright green T-shaped visor spans the front, narrowing at the center above the nose ridge. Pale gray cheek plates frame the lower face, while two circular respirator ports sit along the mouth section. A narrow pale stripe runs over the crown, and the helmet is covered with scratches, chipped paint, dirt, and scuffed edges.
He wears full dark green plastoid armor over a black ribbed undersuit. The chest plate has a raised central ridge and angular lower sections, with gray harness straps running vertically from his shoulders toward his belt. Rounded shoulder bells cover both shoulders, while fitted green plates protect his upper arms and forearms. Black gloves cover his hands. A broad olive utility belt circles his waist, fitted with several rectangular compartments and heavy surface wear.
His thighs are enclosed by mottled green armor with grime and chipped paint, while angular knee plates protect the joints. The lower legs are covered by dark green shin guards that contrast with the green upper armor. A pale gray equipment pouch is strapped to the outside of one thigh. His feet are enclosed by dark green armored boots with thick soles and segmented toe plates.

Gree is disciplined, loyal to the Republic, and practical in the field. He serves the Jedi command structure without hesitation, but his identity is not limited to obedience; his name comes from his interest in alien species and galactic cultures, showing a more curious side beneath the commander role.
His main command relationship is with Luminara Unduli, under whom he serves while leading the 41st Elite Corps. On Kashyyyk, he also operates alongside Yoda and the Wookiee defenders during the Separatist assault, placing him in direct command work beside major Republic allies.
Gree was a trained clone commander and skilled battlefield tactician, able to lead the 41st Elite Corps during major Republic operations. He was proficient with blaster rifles and blaster pistols, and he had enough close-combat skill to defeat Faro Argyus before Gunray intervened. His training also covered reconnaissance work and infiltration.
In Phase II armor, Gree wore green-marked clone armor adapted for Kashyyyk with jungle camouflage across parts of the suit. His upgraded armor added shoulder straps connected to his belt.
