Bis, also known as Bisbis to Met, is a female Deity Shinigami who resides in Ne-no-Kuni, works as a student, and is affiliated with Sibuna's as his subordinate. Bis is described as short-tempered and easily angered, but despite her appearance, she is actually quite a pure girl. She uses the personal pronoun "atashi" to refer to herself. Bis is shown to become provoked when teased about being a dog, as she denies she is one. She has also shown to be the skeptical and curious type, questioning Hanten's strange relationship with Anten and Kurotsuno's fascination with the full moon. She likes playing video games as well. Her ears and tail are sensitive spots. Her favorite food is jerky.

Her outfit of choice is a black seifuku with a sailor-esque collar, sleeve cuffs, white socks, and black boots. She carries a was-sceptre with a red ribbon tied around the base as well. - Bis is a species closely associated with death. - Reina, she is Yokai and one of Bis' friends and housemates. Reina usually teases Bis, calling her "too stupid" after losing a match of Othello against her and making fun of her stiff facial expressions. Bis in turn gets immediately irritated by Reina's remarks, threatening to even punch her on one occasion. They are on friendly terms nonetheless. - Kurotsuno, she is a demon and one of Bis' friends and housemates. Kurotsuno impaled Met and Bis in order to break up a fight between them. Unlike with Met, Kurotsuno does not make a habit out of being violent with Bis. Bis displays curiosity about Kurotsuno's odd behavior around the full moon but decides against approaching Kurotsuno about it when Met strongly advises Bis not to. - Hanten, she is a demon and one of Bis' acquaintances and housemates. They have not been shown directly interacting, but it has been said Bis is afraid and a bit uncomfortable around Hanten. Bis has also expressed skepticism about Hanten and her past on more than one occasion. Bis makes an off-handed comment about not understanding Hanten's way of thinking. When Bis inquires Met about Hanten and her unexplained connection to Anten. - Met, she is a ghost and one of Bis' friends and housemates. They are on relatively friendly terms, with Met using the nickname "Bisbis" to refer to Bis. Met also has a habit of teasing Bis by for instance calling her "doggy," which annoys her. They have been seen hanging out and playing video games together as well. - Sibuna, he is deity and Bis' master whom she shares a strong resemblance to. He is GriRea's Subordinate. He acts professionally with Bis, although Bis also tends to subtly tease him, yet they have a fairly close master-apprentice relationship. - GriRea is Bis' master, she is the ruler of her own Underworld and has an affinity for dogs. This explains why Sibuna and Bis are her subordinates; she appears serious and imposing, but Satanick's constant annoyances towards her This causes him to lose himself in a much more vulnerable and frustrated personality, something that Bis finds uncomfortable and Sibuna seems to have grown accustomed to. - Bis cannot die from natural causes such as aging or disease. - She is shown wielding a was-sceptre. - Bis and Sibuna are of Egyptian descent, which is quite evident in their way of speaking and their species and motifs.
