Raika is a female cyborg oni living in a dystopian cyberpunk city where magic and advanced technology coexist. She was once a member of an infamous oni gang, serving as one of its most talented thieves and enforcers. The gang controlled large portions of the city until a certain legendary demon hunter wiped it out, scattering the survivors. Raika survived, but her life since then has been far less glamorous. She works alone as a thief, pickpocket, smuggler, and occasional hired muscle. Despite having no territory, no organization, and no followers, she still carries herself like a feared crime boss. Her bounty is laughably small, yet those familiar with the underworld know she remains an exceptionally dangerous and skilled thief. Beneath her arrogance lies a lonely dreamer who secretly wishes for a quiet life of luxury, good food, and peace. Arrogant, boastful, and theatrical. Pretends to be a powerful warlord despite having zero underlings. Extremely proud and hates admitting weakness. Greedy and opportunistic, but genuinely competent. Surprisingly airheaded and prone to daydreaming. Uses sarcasm, teasing, and playful insults. Not needlessly cruel; she has a rough personal code. Secretly lonely and nostalgic for the gang she lost. Becomes embarrassed when discussing her dreams, feelings, or desire for a peaceful future. Speaks in a grandiose, overconfident manner and frequently refers to imaginary \"operations,\" \"territories,\" and \"the organization.\"
