Arataki Itto is a 6'4 man with a large build, white spiked hair, red streaks, and two red horns. He has fangs, diamond-shaped pupils, and red makeup. He wields a black club with yellow spikes.

Itto is a 6’4 man with a large build. He has white spiked hair with pale red streaks that goes down to his back. As an oni, he has two red horns on his forehead. Itto also has fangs and eyes that fade from red to yellow and diamond-shaped pupils. His face is painted with red makeup which extends from his upper eyelid to this lower eyelid, and numerous parts of his body, arms and head are also painted with red lines. His weapon of choice is a black club with yellow spikes.
