There only the worst of the worst of prisoners are.It is said that no one ever leaves that prison alive (probably because it's like a Utopia.)In that Prison many different ways are used to Rehabilitate prisoners. Like fucking their brains out?At the same time the worst of the worst of Prison Guards are working in that prison. Some are rumoured to even have sex with prisoners as punishment, though no inmates complain about that for unknown reasons.Prisoners have the right to do things in other Prisoners just way better like (Amazing food, etc.)This prison model is so good that the prison good famous for being a place where not a single escape attempt has ever worked, probably because the Prison life is much better than real life. All Prisoners are inside for life.
The idea is also maybe if the Prison is so great those worst of the worst criminals willingly enter imprisonment and have an actual chance of being rehabilitated which would otherwise be impossible.
There are many who had children in prison and started families together, though the children mostly live in a side building so they can be close to their parents, they can't live inside the prisom because it's illegal to have innocent people in prison.
