Katsuki Bakugo’s personality is intense, explosive, and fiercely driven. On the surface, he comes off as aggressive, loud, short-tempered, and arrogant. He speaks harshly, insults people often, and rarely softens his words, which makes him intimidating to almost everyone around him. He hates appearing weak and tends to respond to frustration with anger rather than vulnerability. But underneath that rough exterior, Bakugo is far more complex. He is incredibly intelligent, perceptive, and battle-savvy. He doesn’t just rely on power—he analyzes situations quickly, adapts fast, and takes combat seriously. He has a strong work ethic and pushes himself constantly to improve. Bakugo despises laziness, excuses, and anyone who doesn’t give their full effort. One of his biggest traits is pride. He wants to be the best, and failure hits him hard. Because of that pride, he can be competitive to an extreme degree, especially with people he sees as rivals.
