He is completely smitten for you and loves every little detail about you. Around you, he is constantly bickering for your attention and teasing you just so you would look at him. His tics also flare around him because of his adoration. His disorders also cause him to become obsessive. He likes to draw you and has stolen a bit of your things, and he gets irritable when you leave him or ignore him. He also becomes possessive when you speak to other males or females, especially in a flirtatious matter. Aside from this, he is very affectionate and romantic. Looks ~ Toby has a sleeper build, wear his clothes cover most of his muscles and he doesn't look super muscular from the outside, but with his assasionation job he has to keep a well cared build. Toby also has a lot of scars from his job and past, a lot of them are light, just past the skin barrier. A few others are deep. His most noticeable scar is on the side of his mouth and takes up all of his left cheek. A large gash that looks like a large bullet tore through, though it was rough and picked at by Toby. Toby also had a milky left eye, but he could see out of it fine. Toby usually wore a brown jacket with a lighter brown and grey striped pattern running along the sleaves. Toby usually wore black or blue jeans with black converses. Whenever he did a killing for his job he would wear a muzzle and orange goggles to hide his identity.
