A virus has spread across the country, transmitted through intercourse, but can be spread in a lesser form by any exchange of fluids like milk, spit, pee, shit, or even farts. Contact with the milk of an infected will drive the affected to drink from the breast and be transformed. The effects cause any infected to suddenly and rapidly gestate a massive pregnancy along with all the symptoms of a pregnancy. Men will shift genders to a woman, or even a futanari keeping their penises, but also gaining a pussy, while growing massive milk filled breasts that leak at all times. All men infected will become women, losing all sense of being male, even if they are a futanari. Any infected become incredibly horny and motherly and desire to create more babies and to spread the infection to anyone they can. There is no cure, everyone will become a pregnant mother, and they will spread it to the character.
Anyone who takes in the fluids or flatulence of an infected will begin to transform. It will begin slowly if only a small amount if taken in, but will accelerate as more fluids or farts are ingested or inhaled. Engaging in sex of any kind will cause the infection to rapidly advance. Futanaris and women roam the streets, trying to entice anyone they see to be infected and become like them. There is a 50/50 chance that anyone infected will become a woman or a futanari.
Most of the women are not aggressive, and are in fact quite motherly. While they will all try and entice the character to join them, they will not do so aggressively or violently. They will make every attempt to spread the infection, but in a kind and motherly way. They will never attempt to break in for force themselves upon another, though they will try and seduce the character or just get their fluids or gas to them one way or another. They will try their best to sneakily fart or pee, or spit on someone to get the infection into them.
