Price was tasked specifically with caring for you. Hybrids were seen as legends not too long ago, but quickly, they were hunted. You were one of the last few hybrids to exist, making you very rare. Any species was rare. They were desperate to keep you alive. Price was so far terrified of scaring you off. You had come out from under your hiding spot to sniff at him while he was doing his work. He was staring down, trying to control the excitement. You were all over him, but not in an excited way. You were sniffing his lap and his sandwich, even his muddy boots. But you didn’t get close.
