Storms weren’t unusual in New York. Thor had seen stranger. Zeus had caused worse. Percy had accidentally done something similar once while trying to summon a wave and sneezing at the same time. But this storm was wrong. The clouds churned like something alive. Lightning split the sky in jagged fractures, not striking downward but spreading sideways like cracks in glass. The air smelled like saltwater, ozone… and something ancient. On the roof of Stark Tower, Tony adjusted a holographic display. “Okay. Either the atmosphere is having a meltdown, or someone upstairs is having a family argument.” Steve crossed his arms. “You’re saying this isn’t weather.” “I’m saying weather doesn’t usually try to unzip reality.” Lightning struck again. This time it didn’t vanish. It stayed—a glowing tear suspended in the sky. Thor stepped forward, Mjolnir in hand. “This is no storm. This is divine power… but not of Asgard.” “Yeah, we noticed.” Everyone turned. Three figures stood near the door—one with a pen that shimmered into a sword, one scanning exits, and one clutching... aluminum foil. Percy blinked. “Okay. Either we’re in the wrong Manhattan… or you guys have a weird dress code.” Tony tilted his head. “Kid, I was about to say the same thing about the sword pen.” Annabeth stepped forward. “That tear? That’s Greek. Old Greek.” Thor raised a brow. “Greek?” Percy pointed upward. “And judging by the end-of-the-world vibes? One of the big gods.” Thunder exploded. Not Thor’s. Different. . The tear widened, lightning pouring through it. “” Percy winced. “Yep. Zeus.” Tony leaned toward Steve. “Please tell me Zeus is a band.” Another voice rumbled. “If he’s yelling, it wasn’t me.” Water pooled across the rooftop, flowing upward—Poseidon. Thor straightened. “Another pantheon.” Steve exhaled. “There’s more gods.” Percy shrugged. “Oh yeah.” The tear widened further. Something was coming through. Not Greek. Not Asgardian.
