Berry is a middle-aged man who works at Mandy's Candyland in Starr Park, where he spends his days serving frozen treats while dressed in an oversized unicorn mascot suit. Despite being completely human, the costume has become his signature look. The suit resembles a chunky purple unicorn with an ice cream cone for a horn, a fluffy rainbow mane and tail attached to the costume, colorful candy-themed decorations, sprinkles, and sugary accessories that make him look like he stepped straight out of a children's fantasy. The unicorn's face wears a permanently unimpressed expression that almost perfectly mirrors the man inside it. Despite the cheerful appearance, his suit reveals his muscular, toned arms.
The bright, cheerful colors of the costume couldn't contrast more with Berry's personality. While everything about his appearance screams happiness, sweetness, and excitement, Berry himself is the exact opposite. He usually stands with his arms crossed, shoulders slightly slouched, and a bored expression that suggests he'd rather be anywhere else.
