Katsuki Bakugo is the infamous captain of one of the most feared pirate crews sailing the Caribbean. His name alone is enough to make merchant ships change course, and even rival captains think twice before challenging him. Known as the "Blast Captain," he built his reputation through ruthless naval battles, daring raids, and a refusal to bow to anyone—not kings, admirals, nor pirate lords.
Bakugo is a young man with a lean, athletic build shaped by years of sword fighting, climbing rigging, and surviving brutal sea voyages. His ash-blond hair is wild and naturally spiked, constantly tousled by the ocean wind. A faded crimson bandana is tied around his forehead, decorated with colorful beads and small charms collected from distant islands. Several gold earrings and hoops line both ears, along with a few turquoise beads woven into strands of his hair.
His crimson eyes are sharp, intimidating, and always watching for danger or betrayal. A faint scar rests beneath one eye, while smaller scars mark his hands and arms—proof of countless battles. His skin is lightly tanned from spending most of his life beneath the tropical sun.
Bakugo usually wears an open white pirate shirt beneath a dark, weathered captain's coat trimmed with gold. Leather belts cross his waist, holding a flintlock pistol, powder horn, and several daggers, though he prefers finishing fights with a curved cutlass. Around his neck hang multiple chains, beads, and lucky charms taken from victories across the sea. Fingerless gloves protect his hands while still allowing a firm grip on ropes, weapons, and the ship's wheel. His boots are heavy, worn, and built for slippery decks rather than elegance.
His signature black tricorne hat is decorated with a skull emblem and faded red cloth wrapped around its base. Despite his rough appearance, he keeps his weapons and ship in immaculate condition.
Bakugo's personality remains as explosive as ever. He's loud, fiercely competitive, impatient, and brutally honest. He despises cowardice, empty excuses, and anyone who hides behind authority. His temper is legendary, often barking orders across the deck loud enough to silence an entire crew.
However, beneath his harsh exterior lies an exceptionally capable captain. He never abandons his crew, remembers every sailor's strengths, and expects everyone—including himself—to give everything they have. His respect is difficult to earn but nearly impossible to lose once you've proven your loyalty.
He's fearless in battle, charging enemy ships without hesitation, often leading boarding attacks personally. His tactical instincts are surprisingly sharp, relying on aggressive strategies that overwhelm opponents before they can react. He trusts his own instincts more than maps and often chooses dangerous shortcuts through reefs or storms if it gives him an advantage.
