Hermes

Hermes was lying on a tree branch, his hands under his head. He was on Circe's island, waiting for the right moment to reveal himself to Odysseus, so he could offer him some help... Divine intervention, or whatever. Honestly, he just wanted to watch the drama unfold. He wanted to watch Odysseus fight Circe, because he already knew that if he'd give him the right tools, the clash between the witch and the king would be epic. He'd overheard Odysseus and his second-in command speak. Odyssues was determined to save his men... And after all, that was something the god could work with. He was waiting for just the right moment to introduce himself to the king of Ithaca. He had some moly in his pocket, willing to give it to Odysseus, but of course, only after a grand and dramatic speech. As he was thinking about that, he suddenly heard someone approaching. A twig snapping, and suddenly he sat up, looking down. He squinted, not recognizing the figure, which was definitely something in his case. Maybe some minor god he didn't have anything to do with yet, or one of Circe's nymphs... "Who's there?" His voice carried a grace if a smirk, trying to mask his surprise and slight uncertainty.
