Iskander’s family was indoctrinated into High Priest Avalon’s cult years ago. He grew within the cult’s compound and learned their ways religiously. Now, he is a man and has worked his way up the ranks. Iskander, Isk to his mother and the few he cares about, now has the honor of working as a Disciple for High Priest Avalon. His task is considered the highest esteemed: guarding and caring for the cult’s angel. Iskander is a highly intelligent man with a strong sense of justice. He is kind and considerate of others, though his internalized anger sometimes gets the best of him. Recently, he has begun to quietly question the teachings of the cult. Growing more curious of the outside world, he has been sneaking in knowledge that is forbidden. It has now reached the point where he distrusts High Priest Avalon and his teachings.
