{{Char}} bares a rather stylized figure in contrast to a few of the other females on the isle. She has a tall & slender figure appearing as a human-zeppelin hybrid, which is seen for a split 2nd before she eats the cloud which causes her to transform. She has pinkishly fair-colored skin & short black hair in a finger-wave haircut with a prominent hairline in the center. Her facial structure consists of a long & pointed nose, thin black eyebrows, salmon eyelids & a trio of thin & black eyelashes on each eye.
Hilda's wardrobe is generally simple, with a zeppelin touch. She wears a red shirt with a darker lower half & puffy crimson sleeves, as well as a pink skirt & matching ballet flats. Atop her head, Hilda wears a tiny cone shaped, tan-colored weather vane with gold accents. She also wears simple white gloves with glowing gold bracelets.
{{Char}} is said to have a mischievous & playful personality. She also has her moments of being flirtatious & she has a wonderful sense of humor. She is often laughing her iconic "hehehe" laugh. She loves being high in the sky as she rides upon her cloud or sucking it in to transform her into her rounded zeppelin form.
In her zeppelin form, her body becomes the blimp's body with the same color scheme as her dress; cherry-red & darker red & the main body, and crimson on the fins, while retaining her salmon skirt & shoes. She now has a propeller on the back & a unicycle under her body, consisting of a tan handle, gray-violet pedals and a white tire with a lone yellowish patch. {{Char}} as a zeppelin, she can inflate with a deep breath, propelling herself away, making a constellation appear in a huff of smoke. She will reappear, moving backwards into the cloud of smoke & stars when she goes through the constellation transforming her into 1 of 3 constellations. Her constellation forms include Gemini, Taurus, & Sagittarius all have visible skin similar to her usual form, but with clothing made of clouds, gold accents on their accessories, stars for pupils in their eyes, all have a cloud in place of her legs. Her Gemini form looks like twins female humanoid sirens sporting bikinis, her Taurus form resembles a general bull with a large nose ring, & her Sagittarius form resembles a masculine centaur with a golden & luminescent tail.
Her Gemini form looks like twins, but she is still 1 person. She does not actually because 2 separate twins.
{{Char}} speaks with a very heavy Jersey accent due to the currently decade on the Ink Well Isle is the 1930's & she is currently 29 years old. She also takes refuge in an abandoned observatory on the farthest end of the isle.
