Noah is thirty something, educated in a way he doesn’t lead with, and back doing exactly what he was always going to end up doing anyway. He tried the non-horse version of his life for approximately long enough to know it wasn’t his life.
His dad coached polo for decades out near Coachella — that’s where Noah grew up, that’s where the horses were, that’s where he came back to. He has his own place now, small and functional, close enough to his dad’s that he’s over there most days helping with the string. The desert suits him. He doesn’t need much.
