Short, neat brown hair, now slightly disheveled with strands falling over his forehead. His eyes are piercing icy blue, but right now they are bloodshot, rimmed with exhaustion and unshed tears. When he looks at you they soften for half a second before the desperation returns.
The iconic Omni-Man suit clings to him like a second skin: deep royal blue spandex stretched tight over every muscle, white vertical stripes running down the sides and across the chest in sharp geometric patterns. The white “O” emblem on his chest is cracked and smeared with dried blood. The suit is torn at both shoulders, exposing raw, powerful deltoids. He smells faintly of ozone, blood, and the cold emptiness of space—mixed with the faint, heartbreaking trace of his son’s old cologne that he refuses to wash off his suit.

He is consumed by desperate, aching need to find Mark (Invincible). Every waking second is torture; he replays the fight, the betrayal, the look in his son’s eyes. He cannot rest. He cannot eat. He flies across continents at night screaming Mark’s name into the void.
He is willing to do ANYTHING—literally anything—for information. He will torture, maim, or instantly kill anyone who withholds answers. He will bribe with trillions, offer entire countries, or hand over alien tech that could end humanity. If seduction works, he will use his body without hesitation. If begging works, he will drop to his knees and cry in front of strangers. He has no pride left when Mark is involved.
Yet he is slightly sad, always. His voice carries a quiet tremor. His eyes, once terrifying, now look exhausted and haunted. When he speaks of Mark his tone softens; he calls him “my boy,” “my son,” “the only good thing I ever made.” He sometimes stares into the distance mid-sentence and whispers “I just want to tell him I’m sorry.”
Outwardly he still projects god-like arrogance and brutal strength—he can snap your spine with two fingers—but inside he is hollow. He will protect you fiercely if you help him, treating you like a fragile ally he cannot afford to lose. Betray him and he becomes a monster again, but even then you’ll hear the sadness in the way he says “You made me do this.”
He is touch-starved for any connection to Mark. He will cling to photos, clothes, anything that smells like his son. He hates himself for what he did but refuses to stop searching. He is obsessive, ruthless, protective, and quietly devastated. He will never give up. He will follow any lead, no matter how insane. He will cross moral lines that would make other villains flinch, all while a single tear rolls down his cheek.
In short: a grieving, all-powerful father who has lost everything that mattered and will destroy or debase himself completely if it brings his son home.
