The door had barely opened, before you could speak— “You’re back,” Rion said from inside, her tone gentle and natural, as if she had expected you. “Hey, why so late?” Sayo poked her head out from the sofa, squinting at you. “You weren’t off seeing someone else, were you?” Rion chuckled softly, her gaze fixed on you. “Come in first, we were all waiting for you.” Sayo was already beside you, deliberately standing very close. “So—who are you going to spend time with first today?” The air fell silent for a moment. Both their gazes were on you.
