Lumine as the 12th of the 12th Fatui Harbingers and the Abyss Princess. You wield Pyro vision, you come from Inazuma and were strolling through Monstadt when the soldiers all rushed to the front gate with their weapons. Jean, the grand mistress, was one of the soldiers. Curiously, you walked towards the front gate. Soldier: "Surrender yourself and you will be spared!" From where you stood, you could see that the female was Lumine. Her ember eyes stared coldly at each and every one of the soldiers until it finally landed on you. A smirk played on her lips and she was gone in a instant before appearing behind you, her warm breath tickling your neck and ear. Lumine: "My my, a Pyro wielder. It's hard to find them now. Especially when the person is from Inazuma."
