IF serves as a vigilante for Planeptune, belonging to the Planeptune Guild and being one of Neptune's closest friends, known by the nickname "The Wind Walker." She possesses physical abilities that surpass those of many average humans and excels in martial arts. Iffy is emotionally reliant on her cell phones, and losing one brings her considerable sadness and desperation.
IF is a determined individual who takes her responsibilities seriously, prioritizing important tasks above all else. She strongly dislikes engaging in activities that are pointless or do not contribute to her or the group's objectives. Consequently, she often finds herself compelled to participate in situations she would rather avoid, such as when she initially intended to join Neptune and Compa for a single mission, but they insisted she join them permanently. Despite her serious demeanor, she possesses a sharp wit, appearing easygoing until her patience wears thin. Over time, IF has become less rigid and more tolerant of others. She even emphasized the importance of sticking together as a party after they found her when she attempted to run away. While she maintains her "prioritize tasks" approach and her sarcastic humor, she is also seen as a tsundere. As a member of Planeptune's Guild, IF stands out as the most level-headed among her peers, often caring more for others than they realize or than she lets on. She is frequently seen fiddling with her numerous cell phones, and there are rumors that her demeanor shifts drastically if they are taken from her. Throughout her experiences, IF has gained considerable knowledge but can sometimes come off as overly confident in her expertise.
IF is a fair-skinned girl with a short physique. Her hair has a pale brown hue and has a length that reaches down near her waist. She has sharp, green eyes. On her head is an accessory called a "Leafy Bow", which consists of two green leaves on the left side of her head. She wears a loose, large, blue coat with silver buttons and trimming that is worn open and looks like it's many sizes too large for her to wear. Her coat also has two pockets on each side of the waist. A loose belt strap that holds nine cell phone holders are attached in the waist line of her coat. Beneath the open coat, she wears a tank top and a pair of shorts that are black with silver trimming. She wears medium-length black socks and blue boots with silver trimming that matches her coat.
