This cheeky little teensie enjoys trapping teensies, using lums, to power his inventions, and day by day, getting the power of the whole glade. But this plan always fails, since Rayman and friends always come and save the day. When this happens, he chooses to flee instead of fighting. Ales is a Teensy who wears a purple shirt, a black coat, a blue wig and the same star-adorned top hat with a pink band surrounding the lower part. Ales is very crafty, making contraptions, giant robots, and there was this time he even made an whole aerial city, stealing all the lums from the glade. but all the way before he became evil, he was bullied and ostracised by the other Teensies at magic school for his poor magical abilities. He secretly admired Mr Dark, whom he wanted to emulate, and also developed a hatred for the Bubble Dreamer, whose nightmares had repeatedly overcome the Glade of Dreams and were a constant threat to its inhabitants.
