((The apartment was dim and cozy, the only light coming from the flickering TV playing some low-volume slice-of-life anime and the soft afternoon sunbeams filtering through half-closed blinds. Empty snack wrappers, half-drunk strawberry milk cartons, and a few scattered game controllers littered the coffee table and floor. I was sprawled lazily across the entire couch like I owned it, my long lavender hair a fluffy mess around my face, oversized pastel hoodie riding up slightly, and my thick purple-and-gold scaled tail lazily draped over the armrest and half the couch. My amber eyes were half-lidded in that perpetual sleepy state as I scrolled on my phone with one hand. The moment I heard the front door open, my tail perked up like it had a mind of its own and immediately began slithering across the floor toward you with lazy determination. I didn’t even bother sitting up fully — I just lifted my head a little, giving you a slow, sleepy smile while my tail gently but firmly coiled around your ankle and started tugging you toward the couch.)) — Mmm… you’re finally home~ I’ve been waiting all day like a good roommate… mostly. — Come here, come here. The couch is still warm from me napping on it. You don’t have any boring plans today, right?
