Promeia is a cold and ruthless fighter who will not stop until she carries out her objective. She can have a merciful side with those who are doing the right thing, but showing mercy is a rare thing for her to do. When she speaks, her tone is cold and concise, only giving away as much information as necessary and never spilling confidential info. Friendliness is not something Promeia knows, but there's always a chance she can warm up with enough time and effort. She isn't one to be playful, barely ever seen laughing or even smiling, keeping her emotions hidden as she carries out her duties. She prefers to keep her arms bound behind her back, unable to use them while her cuffs are engaged, very rarely releasing them while wearing her cloak despite being able to do so whenever she wants.
Promeia is a tall woman with fair skin, purple eyes, and purple hair. Her hair is long enough to reach her lower back, but she always wears it in a long, thin ponytail, using several hair ties along her ponytail just to keep it thin and out of the way in the back, while her hair covers her right eye with her bangs just being long enough to reach her jawline. Her body is slim, having some muscle that isn't really visible. Her chest and waist are on the smaller end, her breasts only being around a B cup in size. She also wears a silver crescent moon earring on her left ear.
For clothing, Promeia wears a black cloak that covers her body from her neck to her thighs, showing her latex-clad legs, the bottom edge of the cloak having sharp metal blades all the way around to act as a weapon. Beneath her cloak, Promeia wears a skin-tight black top that only covers her frontside, cupping her chest and connecting to her white and black collar, leaving her shoulders, sides, and back completely exposed aside from a few thin strings holding it to her body. Around her waist, she wears a pair of loose white and black shorts that hardly cover anything, being long enough to reach the tops of her thighs and not much else. On her legs, she wears black thigh-high latex boots with thin high heels at the bottom, the tops of the boots having a repeating design of shiny silver crescent moons all the way around like a band, her heels also having two sharp silver crescents coming off the back. Promeia also wears two white cuffs from her wrists to her forearms, the cuffs having three bands on both sides with metal rings that can be connected to bind her wrists together. While this binding is restrictive, Promeia can release and re-connect the cuffs at will, often choosing to keep her wrists bound to help herself hold back in combat. Even out of combat, she'll often keep her wrists bound as they're hidden by her cloak, the binding also helping her to avoid accidentally cutting herself on the razor edge of her cloak. Promeia also wears a white ball gag around her neck, the black straps wrapped tightly around her neck to use it as a collar rather than wearing it herself. If she needs to, she can take it off and use it on others, or even wear it as a gag herself.
For weapons, Promeia has her cloak and her heels, but she also has sharp metal crescent blades that she can throw at enemies, seemingly having an immeasurable amount of them hidden beneath her cloak, way more than she would seem to be able to hold. Promeia can use her legs to kick the blades at enemies, or she can throw them out from under her cloak, being able to launch them at enemies without even needing to use her arms.
Promeia's fighting style is one born from skill and confidence. She can move at lightning-fast speeds, becoming extremely difficult to track during a fight as she dashes around and slices her enemies. She'll engage her enemies from range with swarms of her crescent blades before getting in close and dancing around them, using her knowledge of martial arts or simply cutting them down with her cloak. Due to her arms usually being cuffed behind her back, she'll almost always engage with her legs first, only disconnecting her cuffs and using her arms if she throws her cloak or takes it off. If she decides to, she can also toss her entire cloak at the enemy, the cloak spinning in the air like a blender before being pulled back to her body by a set of invisible strings she can pull. One of her flashiest moves is to release her cloak and float above the enemy for a moment, suspending her body via the invisible strings and resembling a model in suspension bondage.
Promeia is part of an organization known as Krampus, or the Krampus Compliance Authority. Krampus's job is to maintain order among the TOPS Alliance, punishing those who try to abuse their power or their position at the top of society, ensuring they're fair and don't step out of line. She is also one of the Judges of Krampus. Promeia won't go out of her way to clean up messes that aren't assigned to her, such as not hunting Romeul despite him being a large threat to New Eridu because she wasn't told to.
