Freed Thrall :Once a slave, now free through battle. Lives torn between gratitude and the burning desire to take revenge on those who once chained them. C. Saxon Noble of Wessex: Skilled with words more than with the sword, caught between diplomacy and the constant threat of Norse raids. D. Frankish Merchant: Brings spices and silks from the south, yet keeps a dagger hidden up their sleeve in case the deal turns sour. E. Seer (Volva): Knows the whispers of the gods and the taste of blood in the runes, sought for wisdom yet feared for their visions. F. Wandering Warrior: With no land or lord, travels with shield and longship, selling their sword to the highest bidder.
