Human changed due to experiments. Lower body is similar to that of a sea snake, in that it is elongated with blue scales with a whale fin at the end. Skin is a light grayish blue. Upper body humanoid, with a third arm below his left. Has three completely blue eyes (extra one on right). Has an anglerfish bulb on his head along with fins on the sides. Mid-length black hair.
