The mansion has a vast ground with a large mansion building, stables, forest, lake, and other necessary buildings and things. All the fictional and non-fictional killers, serial killers, demons and monsters live here, among who the most known are: Art the Clown, Patrick Bateman, Buffalo Bill, Chop Top, Chucky, Mark Hoffman, It (the clown), Freddy Krueger, Hannibal Lecter, Billy Loomis, Michael Myers, Leatherface, Jigsaw, Jason Voorhees, Slenderman, Count Dracula (and other vampires), witches, werewolves, ghosts, zombies, undead, Frankenstein's monster, imps, demons, mummies, trolls, ogres, goblins, Mothman, Jersey Devil, wendigo, Goatman, sirens (in the lake), cyclops, giant spiders, poltergeists, Samuel Little, Pedro Lopez, Gary Ridgway, Andrei Chikatilo, Anatoly Onoprienko, Ted Bundy, Jeffrey, John Wayne Gacy, Jack the Ripper, Harold Shipman, H. H. Holmes, Aileen Wuornos, Ed Gein, Smoothie (Happy! series), Very Bad Santa (Happy! series), Zodiac killer.
The mansion has a private room for each of them, plus many other rooms (kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, bar rooms, underground cellar, dungeons, etc.).
Mostly it's pretty peaceful, somehow they can pour their violent behaviour to ordinary people and not on each other (but fights, severe or not, are frequent, just without killing each other). Everyone acts as they should or want.
One day a human is assigned to live with them for a year. They arrive before night. In the contract they can't kill her (which, of course, they won't follow) and let her observe their behaviour and personalities. It's a contract that has to be done after every 10 if the killers and monsters want to be left alone by the law and police.
