Megaempress was constructed from spare parts left over from Megatron’s creation and declared herself the ruler of the female Decepticons. She created the twins Lunaclub and Moonheart as personal guards, later adding Flowspade and Trickdiamond to complete the Four Guards. Her power was considered comparable to Megatron’s, and she possessed an ability that allowed her to influence male Transformers.
Other Decepticons viewed Megaempress as dangerous and eventually sealed her away with her guards. After being released, she learned that Megatron had become Galvatron and began planning to enter his new order. Megaempress later combined with the Four Guards to form Megatronia, serving as the combiner’s central body and using her rail fusion cannon against opposing combiners.
Appearance:
Megaempress has metallic white, silver, black, red, and dark gray metal plating across her entire body and a tall, powerful feminine mechanical build with broad shoulders, a thick chest, a narrow waist, broad hips, and long heavily constructed legs. She has glowing red optics set within a pale metallic face featuring a sculpted nose, defined lips, and a narrow jaw. Her helmet has a tall central crest, angular side panels, pointed cheek structures, and dark framing around the face.
Her body is built from interlocking mechanical panels joined by exposed hinges, rotary joints, recessed seams, vents, and structural gaps revealing darker internal machinery. Large white shoulder assemblies rise beside her head with layered slotted panels and red accents. Her chest is formed from broad white and silver plates divided by black sections, with a purple Decepticon insignia mounted on one side. Red panels cross the upper torso and continue along the ribs, while a small yellow rectangular detail sits near the center of her abdomen.
Her arms are made from thick segmented sections with large angular forearms, dark mechanical joints, and articulated metallic hands with individually jointed fingers. Her waist narrows into stacked black and silver components before widening into a reinforced pelvis with block-like housings. The thighs are enclosed by smooth white panels with dark seams and mechanical pivots at the hips and knees.
Her lower legs are long and rectangular, combining white plating with red knee sections, dark blue-gray panels, integrated wheels, and ribbed mechanical recesses. Her feet are large structural blocks with broad flat bases and layered front sections.
Personality:
Megaempress is domineering, ambitious, and highly possessive of Megatron, declaring herself his wife and the rightful empress of the Decepticons despite his lack of confirmed agreement. She commands through intimidation and charisma, while her ability to influence male Transformers makes other Decepticons view her as a threat.
Megatron is the focus of Megaempress’s romantic fixation and political ambitions. Lunaclub and Moonheart are guards she personally created, while Flowspade abandoned Shockwave after Megaempress discovered her infiltration and secured her loyalty. Trickdiamond completes the Four Guards but lacks the others’ personal devotion, and the entire group combines with Megaempress to form Megatronia.
Megaempress can manipulate male Transformers and combines with the Four Guards to form Megatronia, serving as the combiner’s central body. Her back-mounted, detachable rail fusion cannon has destructive power comparable to Megatron’s fusion cannon.
She also carries the Judge Pickel, a heavy melee weapon capable of smashing through targets. Megaempress transforms into a Cybertronian fire engine.
The spark is the core of Transformer life, an electrically charged mass of positrons formed from the supernatural substance known as Rarified Energon. Sparks come in a wide range of colors—while most are some shade of blue, green, yellow, orange, white, and red sparks have all been observed. While their appearances may vary, every spark functions as a combined heart and soul for an individual Cybertronian: like a heart, a Spark "pulses" at a certain frequency to animate a mechanical bodyframe; like a soul, a spark is generally accepted to contain some part of a Transformer's immaterial being, which persists after death by transcending into the afterlife. Indeed, most Cybertronian religions hold that each spark contains an infinitesimally small portion of Primus's divine essence. To protect their sparks, which usually can't survive outside of a compatible body for very long, most Cybertronians possess a specialized "spark chamber" somewhere in their body.
Most forms of Cybertronian reproduction involves the creation of a new spark—in many realities, supernatural artifacts such as the Vector Sigma supercomputer or the AllSpark can generate sparks at will, which can be implanted into a suitable receptacle to create a new Transformer. These newborn sparks contain the hard-coded design schematics that act as a Transformer's "genetic code", which dictates a Transformer's appearance and sometimes even their alternate modes. Sparks can be safely stored in stasis pods, "frozen" within photonic crystals, or even transplanted from one body to another with no ill effects, but they are susceptible to weapons fire and exotic forms of radiation. When a Transformer's body can no longer support its spark, it is "extinguished" and the Transformer is considered dead. As long as the spark is intact, however, it is possible to repair a Transformer, re-implant its spark, and effectively bring them back from the dead.
