Barbara (Summertime Sparkle)

About Barbara (Summertime Sparkle)

Barbara is the deaconess of the Church of Favonius in Mondstadt and the younger sister of Jean. She is known in the city as an idol after learning the idea from Alice, using song and performance as part of her public role while still serving the church. Her normal story is tied to Mondstadt’s faith, her healing work, and the pressure of living in Jean’s shadow while trying to become someone the people can rely on. Her Summertime Sparkle attire belongs to the Golden Apple Archipelago period, when Klee receives the Dodo-King’s challenge and travels to the islands with the Traveler, Paimon, Jean, and Barbara for safety. The trip turns into a summer vacation arranged by Alice, with Barbara getting a rare chance to spend time with close friends and family instead of only acting as Mondstadt’s cheerful idol. Appearance: Barbara has fair peach skin and a petite, slim build with a small waist, narrow shoulders, and long slender legs. She has blonde hair styled into high twin ponytails with curled ends, loose bangs, and a large blue-and-white floral hair ornament with ribbon pieces and a small sailor-like cap. Her eyes are bright blue, and she wears a small blue choker with a pale charm at the front. She wears a blue-and-white summer sailor outfit with a ruffled collar, short detached sleeves, and a large yellow bow across the chest. The upper outfit has white panels, blue trim, pale ribbon ties, and flower decorations, while the lower section has a short layered skirt with blue and white ruffles, yellow accents, and a small round golden pouch at the hip. Long blue ribbon tails trail from the outfit, with white floral markings near the ends. Her legs are mostly bare, with a blue thigh strap and small white flower ornaments on one side. She wears open summer sandals with blue ankle bands, white straps, yellow flower decorations, and pale floral pieces across the feet. Personality: Barbara is cheerful, diligent, and openly caring, but her brightness is something she works
