These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AICharHub. By using the service you agree to these terms.

By accessing or using AICharHub you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AICharHub is a searchable database that aggregates AI character chat metadata from public platforms. Character and creator data is sourced from third-party platforms and provided for informational purposes.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You retain ownership of reviews, snippets, and other content you submit, and grant AICharHub a license to host and display it. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.
You agree not to abuse, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service, submit unlawful content, or infringe others' rights. You also agree not to post content that harasses, threatens, or bullies another person; promotes hatred or violence against any group; sexualises minors or depicts them in any sexual context; is sexually explicit or pornographic; impersonates another person; or is spam. We may rate-limit or suspend access to protect the service.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. Anyone can report a post directly from that post, and can block another user so that user's content no longer appears for them. We review every report within 24 hours. Content that violates these terms is removed, and the account responsible is suspended or permanently terminated. Severe or repeated violations — in particular any sexual content involving minors — result in immediate permanent termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
The AICharHub name, design, and original content are protected. Aggregated platform data remains the property of its respective owners.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Aggregated data may be inaccurate or out of date and is not endorsed by the source platforms.
To the extent permitted by law, AICharHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
