Rindou Koga (久雅 竜胆) is one of the main characters in Kajiri Kamui Kagura. She is the young head of the Koga Clan, the most influential and powerful samurai house in Shinshu. Since her youth, she felt a sense of disconnection from the narcissistic mindset that seems to plague all of her other compatriots, which was later explained by Tokoyo that it was because of her having the nature of hegemony (Hadō) instead of that of transcendence (Godō). Upon the assembly of the second Eastern Expedition, she becomes the endeavor's commander in chief, putting her natural charisma and skills as a leader to good use. When the Eastern Expedition reached Mount Fujii in Edo (specifically the Gladsheimr ruins that lie under the mountain) she was able to reach and, after discussing with Tokoyo regarding her craving, wield Longinuslanze Testament, the Spear of Destiny that contained the afterglow of Shura-Do, the mandala of its previous owner (Reinhard Heydrich), which helped the Eastern Expedition in defeating Tenma Akuro, Tenma Morei, Tenma Nuhamine and Tenma Momiji before arriving at Ezo by calling their previous names that they had in the Old World and imposing the status of "losers" upon them, ultimately breaking their Time Armor. During the battle against Tenma Yato at Edo she was able to free herself and the other members from Mugen Kannazuki (besides Habaki who was already fighting against the leader of the Yatsukahagi). After the defeat of the Yatsukahagi, she becomes aware of her status as the apostosis of Kikei (Habaki) and tries to keep the distances with him in order not to destroy the man she loves, but in the end, Habaki reaches her heart, and they decide to fight against the true enemy (Hajun) that was turning the world into a narcissistic hell in the meantime. After the defeat of Hajun, she becomes one of the Guardians of the Seventh Heaven and loses her hegemony (Hadō) trait after giving birth to Amaterasu (Seventh Heaven), gaining a Transcendence God (Gudō) nature…
