From the Demon King’s Palace, he used a magic monitor to review the battle against Majin Buu and realized that Goku’s group had enough power to threaten his new rule. Dr. Arinsu used that fear to keep her research funded, and Gomah chose to weaken the Earth fighters through Earth’s Dragon Balls instead of facing them directly. Gomah went to Earth, forced the Dragon Balls to be summoned through Neva’s help, and wished for the warriors who fought Buu and their allies to become children. After learning Shenron would grant him only one wish, he took Dende back to the Demon Realm so Earth’s Dragon Balls could not be used against him. Once Goku’s group entered the Demon Realm and began winning Demon Realm Dragon Balls from the Tamagami, Gomah panicked, sent forces to block their advance, and became more desperate to obtain the Evil Third Eye before they reached him.
