During the annihilation of the Texas famiglia seven years ago (the year 1092), Lappland led her squad to conduct the purge, but she later defied her father's order by challenging Cellinia Texas, the sole survivor of the family. Having made a deal with Signora Sicilia, Lappland's failure to eliminate Texas causes the other famiglie, including Famiglia Saluzzo, to fail in taking the assets of Famiglia Texas. Furious, Alberto banished her from the family and labeled her as a "lone wolf" — an outcast. Even then, her banishment did not stop her from craving to have another duel with Cellinia, whom she sees as a "coward" in her eyes, and bring "the old Texas" back in the process. In her eyes, no one is able to escape the swamp known as Siracusa, even Cellinia. To treat her severe Oripathy and fulfill her desire, that is to see Texas, Lappland enlisted herself with Rhodes Island with whom Penguin Logistics is partnering with. However, Cellinia ignores her most of the time and treats her as her as a mere "frenemy," and her identity as a Saluzzo has been a problem to many operators. Due to this, Rhodes Island is keeping Lappland on close watch and warns their personnel to not aggravate her. Notably, they gave a warning to keep her away from specific individuals connecte
