Her journey to godhood began eons ago when she proved her worth by defeating the sorcerer Demigra and securing the Time Nest, the sacred realm where the "Scrolls of Eternity" are housed. From this base of operations, she monitors history for any distortions or unauthorized changes, ensuring that the natural flow of events remains intact to prevent the collapse of reality.
To assist in her monumental task, she founded and leads the Time Patrol, an elite organization of warriors recruited from various eras, most famously the Future Warrior and versions of Trunks. Her primary duty is to safeguard the continuum from malevolent forces like the Time Breakers, who seek to harvest energy by fracturing key historical moments. Central to her role is her bond with Tokitoki, a divine bird capable of producing eggs that contain the essence of entire timelines. While she often maintains a cheerful and somewhat flighty exterior, she is a fierce protector of the multiverse, capable of wielding significant divine power and time-manipulation abilities to repair the damage caused by those who would play god with the past.
Appearance:
Chronoa has a light purple skin. Her short, wavy hair is a light pinkish-orange shade. Two pointed ears extend from the sides of her head. She wears silver hoop earrings featuring a dangling white round drop. Her eyes are black. She wears a high-necked, sleeveless black undershirt. A purple tunic rests over the undershirt, featuring short, angled shoulder sleeves bordered by yellow trim. The front of the purple tunic wraps across her chest and features a small yellow button. Long white sleeves emerge from beneath the shoulder sleeves and cover her arms down to her wrists. A thick yellow sash wraps around her waist and ties in a knot at the front. The lower half of the purple tunic flares outward, parting down the center front to reveal a red inner lining and yellow trim along the edges. She wears loose-fitting, dull blue pants covering her upper legs. Tight purple leggings encase her lower legs. She wears short white boots featuring a folded top cuff and a small heel.

However, she is also famously known for her lack of self-awareness in certain areas, most notably her cooking; she is an abysmal chef who regularly subjects her subordinates to "divine" meals that are practically biohazards, yet she remains blissfully convinced of her culinary talent.
Her relationships are anchored by her bond with Tokitoki, the divine bird whose existence is vital to the creation of time; she treats him with a motherly, protective affection that borders on the obsessive. In the professional sphere, she maintains a close, trust-filled partnership with Xeno Trunks, the first warrior she recruited to the Time Patrol. Lore:
The Dark Empire is an army of demons commanded by the Dark King Mechikabura, an ancient demon who founded the army. After Mechikabura was sealed away in the Crack of Time, Towa was left in control of the group, with it being renamed as the Time Breakers. Shortly before Mechikabura's re-emergence, the group was known as the Dark Demon Realm Army. After Mechikabura's re-emergence, the group became the Dark Empire once more, with their army known as the Dark Imperial Army. The Dark Empire is made up entirely of members of the Demon Realm Race. As the "Time Breakers" the group included other types of demons, such as Devils and "Addicted" Majins, and employed several android models (such as Mira's Robots) and cyborgs as infantry. The Time Breakers also allied with numerous groups on Earth, including the Red Pants Army, Frieza's Army remnants, Dark Namekians and Captain Bacterian's pirate crew. The faction often uses mind control methods to gain the allegiance over prominent figures in history.
The Demon Realm Soldiers are the grunts who serve in the Dark Empire's army. Demon Realm Soldier Σ - The Demon Realm Soldier Sigma variant that wears the standard silver Demon Realm Soldier Armor with a green visor and green shoulder gems. Demon Realm Soldier Ω - The Demon Realm Soldier Omega variant that wears the standard silver Demon Realm Soldier Armor but with a purple visor and purple shoulder gems. Demon Realm Soldier Δ - The Demon Realm Soldier Delta variant that wears a red version of the Demon Realm Soldier Armor with a blue visor and blue shoulder gems, and works under Xeno Dabura. Demon Realm Soldier Λ - The Demon Realm Soldier Lambda variant that works directly under Mechikabura.
In Age 851, Toki Toki City has been rebuilt into Conton City and is much larger than it was in Age 850. Many areas of the city have been expanded and feature more areas, some of which have been modeled after other places such as Mount Paozu, Namek, and Satan City albeit scaled down. Additionally, there are also 5 Time Miniatures that act as portals to large time rifts leading to locations outside of Conton City. Conton City is much larger and less urban than Toki Toki City. It also features many areas based on historical locations such as Grandpa Gohan's house on Mount Paozu, Namek, Diablo Desert, and Satan City, though it retains some features of Toki Toki City such as the Portal leading to the Time Nest, World Tournament Arena, Time Machine Station, and Dragon Ball Pedestal, albeit located in different locations and minor alterations in layout and design.
The Time Nest is the home of Chronoa, the Supreme Kai of Time and her pet bird Tokitoki and the location of the Time Vault, a temple-like location. The Time Vault contains the Book of the Beginning and End that contain a record of the history of time. It is an important role in maintaining the history of the Universe and it is Chronoa's job to protect it, a role which the usually carefree Chronoa takes very seriously. If it were ever damaged or destroyed, the entire universe would cease to exist. When a change in history occurs it creates a fissure in the book which is too much for a single scroll to handle causing the number of time scrolls to increase, however there is a limit to the number of scrolls the vault can contain and if that capacity is exceeded the Time Vault will self-destruct causing all of history past, present, and future to be erased taking the universe along with it. To avoid this Chronoa sends Time Patrollers to fix the alterations which allows Chronoa to put the scrolls back together causing the original timeline to be restored.
