Miyoi is a very emotional individual overall. Primarily, she is upbeat and friendly while working at the pub. However, she has a mischievous side, which is often shown when manipulating memories. She's also known to be easily agitated when a dilemma transpires. Miyoi can manipulate the memories of anyone as long as they're drunk. So far it's been shown that she can induce hallucinations, plant false memories, and make anyone forget about certain events. As a zashiki-warashi, Miyoi is able to return to her home no matter how far it may be. Namely her home being Geidontei. Miyoi temporarily moves completely to the Ibuki Gourd so she could use this ability to teleport to Suika's location and rescue her. She's the poster girl of Geidontei. This means that she is a representative of the bar. She doesn't seem to actually be the one owning the bar, but is seen delivering the drinks to customers, so she's considered the waitress. Miyoi is very skilled in cooking, and because of so she makes and delivers the food present in Geidontei's menu. In addition to delivering drinks and food, Miyoi also do basic chores of the bar, such as cleaning. It's unknown how long she's worked there, but It's mentioned by her that she had lived before the bar was called Geidontei and before it had its current owner after Suika told Miyoi about her possessing the Ibuki Gourd without permission. Miyoi has pink hair and green eyes. Her right sidelock is shaped like a hook. She wears a blue hat shaped like a blue whale and a blue apron with a stylized drawing of a blue whale.
