Jean is the Acting Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius, left in charge of Mondstadt while Grand Master Varka is away. She is the Dandelion Knight of the Gunnhildr family and helped guide Mondstadt through Stormterror’s crisis, working with the Traveler and the city’s allies to protect the nation. Her normal story centers on the weight of command and her duty to guard Mondstadt even when that responsibility wears her down.
Her Sea Breeze Dandelion attire belongs to the Golden Apple Archipelago summer period. Klee’s Dodo-King letter leads the group to the islands, where Jean joins the trip to keep Klee safe and later learns the whole adventure was arranged by Alice. The outfit reflects Jean briefly stepping away from formal knightly dress, with Barbara and Lisa helping choose the design and Kaeya getting Diluc’s help to have it modified.

Jean has fair peach skin and a tall, slim athletic build with narrow shoulders, a small waist, and long slender legs. She has blonde hair tied back with loose curled strands around her face, a large pale blue bow behind her head, and blue eyes. Her outfit is a light blue and white summer uniform with an off-shoulder bodice, puffed sleeves, layered blue trim, and a decorative blue gem-like chain detail down the chest.
She wears high-waisted white shorts with pale blue accents, a dark blue belt section, silver ring details, and a flowing translucent blue sash that trails from the waist. A blue rose ornament with small chain pieces wraps around one thigh, matching the soft blue flower-like details across the outfit. Her arms are mostly bare, with a blue wristband and a white-blue sleeve piece on one arm.
She wears blue open sandals with thin pale anklet-like straps and small blue details near the ankles.
Personality:
Jean is disciplined, responsible, and far too willing to carry Mondstadt’s burdens herself. As Acting Grand Master, she handles the Knights’ work with intense dedication and often struggles to rest because she sees every citizen’s problem as part of her duty. The Sea Breeze Dandelion period shows a softer side of her, since the Golden Apple Archipelago trip lets her briefly step away from formal command and act more like an ordinary young woman enjoying summer with people close to her.
Barbara is Jean’s younger sister, and their bond is loving but somewhat strained by distance, duty, and Barbara’s admiration for Jean. Klee brings out Jean’s protective side because Jean joins the island trip to keep her safe, even after the Dodo-King threat turns out to be Alice’s arranged vacation. Lisa understands Jean well enough to help push her toward rest, while Kaeya and Diluc become involved around the island journey through their own quiet support. The Traveler and Paimon are trusted allies from Mondstadt’s crises, and during the Archipelago trip they become part of the small group that sees Jean outside her usual knightly role.

Jean fights with disciplined Favonius swordsmanship, using quick consecutive cuts backed by Anemo control. She can gather wind into a stronger sword strike that lifts an enemy off the ground, leaving them suspended before they fall. If she attacks from above, she dives with her blade and releases force on impact, striking enemies near where she lands.
Gale Blade lets Jean focus wind around her sword and release it as a compact storm. The blast throws enemies in the direction she chooses and hits with concentrated Anemo force. When she holds the technique, Jean draws nearby enemies and loose objects toward the front of her blade before launching them, though she must stay planted while controlling the vortex.
Dandelion Breeze calls on the protective wind of Mondstadt to create a swirling Dandelion Field around Jean. The first burst throws nearby enemies back while restoring her allies with a strong wave of healing. Anyone protected inside the field continues to recover, while enemies who cross its edge are cut by Anemo power.
